Welcome to DiagSoft Hub. By accessing our website and purchasing our standalone software editions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these carefully.

2. Digital Products and Delivery

All products offered by DiagSoft Hub are delivered digitally via email. We do not ship any physical goods. Upon successful payment, you will receive download instructions and a stable standalone version of the software.

3. Installation Services

We offer two primary workflows:
Manual Installation: The client receives the digital files instantly and installs them independently. Basic PC skills are required.
Remote Expert Setup: After downloading the necessary files, clients can book a remote desktop appointment (via AnyDesk/TeamViewer). Our technicians will perform the installation and configuration of the offline software on compatible hardware.

4. Software License and Usage

Our products are stable offline solutions designed for independent workshops. They are provided with perpetual licenses. These are standalone tools, meaning they do not connect to official online dealer networks. You agree to use the software for legitimate automotive diagnostic purposes only.

5. Support and Compatibility

We ensure software compatibility up to the date of service. DiagSoft Hub is not responsible for any issues arising from unsupported hardware interfaces or unauthorized PC modifications after the remote expert setup is completed.
