1. Manual Installations
If you choose to perform the installation manually via instant digital delivery, refunds are only issued if the delivered files are proven to be defective or corrupted. Inability to install the software due to a lack of basic PC skills, incompatible operating systems, or conflicting software on your machine does not qualify for a refund.
2. Remote Expert Setup Services
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you book a Remote Expert Setup and our certified technicians are unable to successfully install and configure the software on your compatible PC, a full refund will be provided. The PC must meet the minimum hardware and OS requirements specified on the product page.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Purchasing the software by mistake or changing your mind after the download link has been accessed.
- Inability to use the software due to faulty or unsupported aftermarket hardware interfaces (such as uncertified J2534 devices).
- Expecting official online dealership subscription functionalities from our standalone offline editions.
